How we began ....

  Crescent Computer Systems originated as a "basement business" in March of 1992 by owners Richard Moore, Michael Byers, and Kenneth Moore.  Within two years, hard work, long hours, and great customer service resulted in growth beyond the capacity of the original location and was moved to its current location at 1915 Brown Street in 1994.
 

  Although we do build new custom systems to your specifications, we specialize in service and repair, networking (cabling and configuration).  A large portion of our business involves system upgrades, taking trade-in of old parts for possible resale.  We also build used systems and sell used parts when available.  There is always a market for good reliable used equipment, and we are here to provide it at a reasonable cost to you.
 

  Our customer base consists mostly of small and medium sized businesses, but we have many home users and a few large companies also.  We service all types of businesses - accountants, lawyers, doctors, architects, realtors, churches, machine shops, construction companies, engineering firms, Insurance companies, retail businesses, and many more. We also subcontract to consultants and other contractors. This gives us a broad range of experience with the specific computer needs of a particular profession or industry.
